How do quotes work?
We offer both quick online estimates and full on-site quotes. If you send us a few photos or your address, we can usually give you a solid ballpark — and then confirm everything in person if needed. But we know that when we do quotes in person there is definitely less room for misunderstandings and also we can be pretty upfront telling you what will work and what won’t.
If you’re located far from our usual service area but still want a quote, we might charge a small booking fee to secure the visit. That fee is only kept if you choose not to go ahead with the job — otherwise, it goes towards the total.
Do you provide a detailed breakdown or just a lump sum?
Yes, we always aim to provide clear options. Quotes typically include separate lines for things like:
- House or building soft wash
- Exterior window cleaning
- Cleaning and sealing of stone or pavers
We also offer package options like Essentials, Premium, or Custom, so you’re in control of what gets done.
What’s your minimum price?
Our minimum fee is $1,400 + GST, which typically covers half a day of work for two expert technicians and over $40K in equipment. This ensures you get professional results — not a rushed job with a garden hose.
Can I get a ballpark price without booking an on-site visit?
Yes. Go and click Get a Quote, and in the form include your address. At the end of the form you can add a note saying you want a ballpark. We’ll give you a call shortly. Or if you want to skip all of that, just call us.
How do you structure your services?
We usually group services into three categories:
- Exterior soft washing (house/building walls, exterior of gutters, eaves — windows will get a rinse but not a spot-free finish)
- Exterior window cleaning (this is a dedicated clean with pure water technology and proper attention to detail — spotless finish)
- Stone and paver cleaning and sealing
You can select one, two, or all three. We can also add other things if you want to, like roof cleaning, solar panels, gutter cleaning, etc.
Do you offer annual plans or maintenance services?
Yes — many clients opt for a yearly service to keep their home looking pristine and avoid bigger repairs later. We do offer great discounts for people in regular plans. The initial clean is always the most expensive. Ask about our maintenance discounts in your quote request.

Cleaning Method & Results
Do you use high-pressure water?
No. We use a method called soft washing, where soaps do the hard work and water is applied gently. This protects your surfaces, garden, and paintwork — while killing mould and algae at the root.
Will it damage my paint or render?
No — it’s designed to protect it. Soft washing is safe for older homes, painted surfaces, render, delicate finishes and more. In fact, it often helps extend the lifespan of your paint.
How long do results last?
Our method disinfects the surface, so it doesn’t just look clean — it stays clean. You’ll typically enjoy 12 to 18 months of results, compared to 3 to 6 months with high-pressure washing.
Can this replace painting?
In many cases, yes. What looks like faded paint is often just mould, algae or pollution. After soft washing, your home can look freshly painted — without the $15K plus paint job. But if the paint has faded or has some mineral stains, that’s something we can’t fix.
What if I have a white house?
We love white homes. They show dirt faster, but also clean up beautifully with soft washing. You’ll be shocked at the before-and-after difference.
Do you clean multi-story buildings?
Yes. We can clean up to four storeys, often without scaffolding or lifts. This keeps things fast, efficient, and we can avoid having to get council permits.
Do you do windows too?
Yes — we offer full exterior window cleaning as an optional add-on. We’ll include it in your quote so you can decide if it’s worth it for your place. Inside of windows? Sometimes, it will depend.
Trust, Safety & Logistics
Are you insured?
Absolutely. We’re fully insured with public liability and workers comp cover, and follow all safety protocols onsite.
Do I need to be home during the job?
Not at all. As long as we have access to all the areas that need cleaning, outdoor taps and power, we can handle it all. You’ll come home to a spotless result. However, having access to the house makes it easier most of the time and also allows us to take better care of your property. For instance, if we are cleaning a delicate area where water could come in, we’ll send one of our technicians inside.
What areas do you service?
We’re based in the Eastern Suburbs, but service all of Greater Sydney for the right jobs. Vaucluse, Rose Bay, Woollahra, Double Bay, Bronte, Centennial Park, and surrounds are our bread and butter.
If you’re located further out but still keen for a quote, we might charge a small booking fee to secure the visit. That fee is fully credited toward your job if you go ahead — we only keep it if you decide not to proceed.
What if it rains?
We’re experts at reading BOM radars. If the weather’s patchy, we might start later or pause mid-job. If it’s truly stormy, we’ll reschedule at no extra cost. But most of the cleaning can be done under the rain — even the windows. The water our equipment uses for windows is pure water, just like rain. Also, we’d rather clean in wet weather than in scorching heat. That’s much safer and works better for your property.
Will someone explain the job to me before starting?
Yes. Whether we quote online or in person, we’ll walk you through exactly what we can (and can’t) clean — so there are no surprises. We love to go over the scope one more time with customers on the day of the clean, that way we’re all really clear and avoid misunderstandings.
Do you clean multi-story buildings?
Definitely. Our Instagram has a lot of the jobs we do, but the super high-end homes we work on need to be kept private. If you are one of those clients, we’re happy to talk further and can show you proof that we’ve done a lot of mansions like yours — and most likely, bigger.
